-Kindergarten Teacher -I emphasize students guiding students to find their own way to figure out what they don't know instead of giving them the answer. When students develop the ability to create their own strategies for solving problems they are better able to help themselves learn and retain information. -I have kindergarteners in my class that have grown 2 grade levels in their reading skills since the beginning of the school year. Most of my students also grasp the concept of place value and multiplication.
